About The Wooden Blacksmith

         My name is Hayden Morgan, and I am The Wooden Blacksmith. I'm a father to five kids and a New Guinea singing dog. I grew up reading fantasy novels and acting out epic battles with my friends in the ravine behind my house. With sword and shield or bow and arrow we defeated the forces of evil. When a blade was damaged or a projectile got dull, I was always there with my trusty pocket knife in hand. Ready to repair the weapons of my allies and make them pointy again.

In 2019, I rediscovered my love for woodworking and weapon crafting after making my first Roman gladius. I used an antique draw knife and some sandpaper. Since then I have acquired more tools and techniques, as well as a love of the challenge, and a compulsion toward experimentation. No sword is too great, no dagger is too small. From Cloud's Buster Sword to Leonardo's dual katanas, from the swords and daggers of Skyrim to the Master Sword itself. It is always an honor and privilege to make something new and present a customer with their favorite fantasy(or sci-fi) weapon.
